Terms of use.

The usual stuff: what this site is, what it isn’t, and what you’re agreeing to by using it.

1. Educational content only

BetBoffins is an educational site. Everything on it — guides, offer walkthroughs, the calculator, the tracker — is for information only. Nothing is financial, tax, or betting advice. You’re responsible for the decisions you make with it.

2. You must be 18 or over

You have to be at least 18 to use this site. By creating an account you confirm that you are. Matched betting relies on bookmaker and exchange accounts, which have the same minimum age. If you’re under 18, come back later.

3. Responsible gambling

Matched betting is mathematical, not gambling. But you do use bookmaker accounts to do it, and those are dangerous if you have a gambling problem. If any of this is triggering for you, please stop — and have a look at BeGambleAware.org.

4. No guarantee of profit

Matched betting is a well-understood technique, but nothing here is a guaranteed return. Results depend on whether you follow the instructions exactly, whether offers are still available, and whether a match is voided. Mistakes can and do cost money.

5. Your account

If you create an account (for the tracker), you’re responsible for keeping it secure. Don’t share the password. Don’t leave the session open on a shared machine.

6. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the site for anything unlawful.
• Don’t scrape the site or overload it.
• Don’t reproduce the guides elsewhere without permission.
• Don’t try to access anything you’re not meant to.

7. Limits on liability

BetBoffins is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, I (Luke) am not liable for any loss — direct, indirect, or consequential — from using the site or acting on anything it says.

8. Changes

I may update these terms now and then. Continued use of the site after changes is agreement with the new version.
